A Colorado Springs pub is going the distance… literally… this weekend to show support for women who are going through breast cancer treatment. Rilea’s Pub at Union and Vickers is holding its an annual walk and raffle to raise money. Organizers say it’s to honor the Pub’s original namesake, who sadly lost her battle with breast cancer. The Lift Others Up Walk is set for September 9th, starting at 10 am. Walkers will gather at Rilea’s Pub before departing on the walk.

Motorcycle Cannonball, will be starting at Virginia Beach, Virginia, on Thursday, September 7, 2023. The Motorcycle Cannonball is a cross-country challenge for riders with motorcycles that were manufactured in 1933 or earlier, and is the most difficult antique endurance run in the world.
