He's joined by KRDO's Human Resource Coordinator Zack Luczejko to discuss the current marketplace for employees and well as changes in working with employees in the current market, Traci Marques, Executive Director of the Pikes Peak Work Force Center to discuss the resources available to not only job seekers but employers in the area, and Chef Robert Burnet, owner of Mama Pearl's Cajun Kitchen about the staffing issues seen for many restaurants.
