The Extra with Shannon Brinias - December 28, 2020

On Monday's "The Extra", host Shannon Brinias was joined by Howard Black, who previously served as Public Information Officer for Colorado Springs Police Department, as he describes his new role of spokesperson for the Office of the District Attorney Fourth Judicial District. In this role, Howard described the goals of the incoming Michael Allen, District Attorney Elect, and the transition for the entire DA staff.
