So far in 2021, 509 people have lost their lives in accidents on Colorado state highways, on track to exceed last year's death toll.  On Thursday's "The Extra", Michelle Peulen, Communications Mgr. for Region 2, discussed the troubling trend, and what drivers can do to prevent accidents.  She also discussed winter driving resources and upcoming project updates.  More information at CODOT.GOV and COTrip.org.
