Hispanic Restaurant Week - September 29, 2022 - The Extra with Shannon Brinias

On Thursday's "The Extra", the focus was on the state's newly-recognized "Hispanic Restaurant Week", which runs through October 3rd. Governor Jared Polis proclaimed it as a week-long recognition of local Latin cuisine restaurants in Colorado, and Hispanic staff workers at many restaurants throughout the state.  Guest John Jaramillo of the Hispanic Restaurant Association also discussed details of the upcoming 2022 "Hispanic Top Chef" competition October 15th.  More details available at Hispanic Restaurant Association.
