Most recently, Dr. Kelly served as the Founding Head of School at BASIS International & Bilingual School in Chengdu, China where I had the privilege of leading an incredible team of educators, students, and families. My time there reinforced my belief that a strong school community is built on collaboration, good communication, and a shared vision of excellence.
