This event is a celebratory
gathering of master sausage makers from across the state to
honor the art of sausage making and the abundance of
agricultural splendor in Colorado. It’s also a celebration of
Solsage Food Truck’s two year anniversary! This brat vs.
brat event will consist of eight professional sausage makers
facing off in a People's Choice Sausage Cook-Off with a
variety of sausage companies ranging from regional brands
headquartered in Colorado, to small local butcher shops and
delis.
