Today is the start of the Labor Day travel period and when passengers show up at some major airports, they are going to see pilots picketing. Pilots from the biggest airlines including Delta, United, and American are on the picket line at airports calling on management to fix operational problems that have led to a summer of cancelled and delayed flights impacting passengers and flight crews. They are off duty pilots so the picketing is not expected to impact flights today. Airlines say they are fully staffed and ready to go for this busy travel weekend. The Justice Department on Tuesday responded to former President Trump's call for a "special master" to review materials the FBI seized at his Mar-a-Lago estate. Trump's lawyers have said the review is needed to deal with matters they argue may be covered by executive privilege. But in their 36-page filing, top department officials laid out in extraordinary detail their efforts to obtain highly classified records they allege were improperly stored at Mar-a-Lago since Trump's departure from the White House, and the resistance -- which they describe outright as obstructive conduct, that they were met with by Trump's representatives in their efforts to have them handed over. Does this spell trouble for Trump and his lawyers? Royal answers your questions.
