On the customer experience side, Santa is coming this year and bringing new technology that makes connecting with him easier than ever. They're bringing tables back to their food courts, hosting voting locations and house a COVID testing site. Chapels Hills Mall has been selected as the site for a new apartment community located in part in the former Sears building. It's all very much worth a look!
