John "Tig" Tiegen was one of a handful of warriors the kept the Sept. 11, 2012 attacks on the US Consulate and CIA Annex in Benghazi from turning into another "Alamo".  Tig and his team repelled three attacks on the annex, each comprised of 20-30 attackers. Despite being outnumbered, Tig said he was "allright with those odds."

Tig and his wife have created the Beyond the Battlefield Foundation to help wounded veterans and first responders.

Jeff is a Colorado Springs native.  He was studying Medicine and acting in college when the 9/11 attacks inspired him to join the military. He served as a Green Beret Medic and also a firefighter (earning the Medal of Valor).  Jeff's acting credits include the TV series Ray Donovan, SEAL Team, Where the Bears Are and several films.  Interesting Factoid: Jeff is the basis for a character in the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 4" video game.
